Our products, including but not limited to keyboards, mice, printer cartridges, and other peripherals, are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, CE, and FCC standards.
Prodot offers a limited warranty on all its products. In the event of manufacturing defects, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund, provided the claim is made within the specified warranty period. Proof of purchase and adherence to our return policy are required. The Warranty becomes void if the product sticker or stamp is tampered with. The company disclaims all other implied warranties and liabilities for consequential damages.
All content, branding, logos, and trademarks related to Prodot are the exclusive property of DIC Techware. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Prodot shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes arising from the use of Prodot products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
