Retrieve your activation code by entering either of the following:

Step for activation of antivirus :-

Step 1. ) Download and install ProDot Antivirus Software correctly from : Click here.

Note : Please download the correct setup file as per the name given on the ProDot Antivirus Card.

Step 2. ) Once the installation is complete, click the 'Finish' button & MUST restart the computer.

Step 3. ) When the computer restarts open the antivirus, go to 'License' tab and click on 'Activate' button.

Step 4. ) Select 'I have the activation code' which is the first option on next window.

Step 5. ) Enter 'My Short Key' from your card or envelope in the above dialogue box to get 28 - digit Activation Code.

Please enter your 10 digit mobile number to receive your Activation Code as SMS for easy retrieval purposes.

Step 6. ) Copy the Activation Code & paste the 28 - digit activation code correctly on the Antivirus Software Window on your screen.

Step 7. ) After that enter your first name, last name and e-mail id (for future support to retrieve activatin code in case you loose it) and click 'Send' button to complete the activation.
